‍DispatchConnect is a web-based platform that connects users with dispatch riders for the purpose of intra-state delivery of items. The company's website is located at dispatchconnect.ng and its physical address is at Dawaki, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. Users can contact DispatchConnect at support@dispatchconnect.ng.

‍Scope of Services
‍DispatchConnect connects users with dispatch riders on demand, and users can choose from a list of available riders and their delivery fees. Users can select their preferred rider and input details of their dispatch order, such as the item name, pickup and drop off addresses, and pickup and drop off contacts. DispatchConnect is not liable for any criminal acts or misbehavior carried out by dispatch riders or dispatch rider companies.

‍Limitations of Use
‍DispatchConnect services are only meant to be used for intra-state delivery of items. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activity. The pickup and drop off addresses provided by the user must be in their respective pickup and drop off areas. DispatchConnect reserves the right to cancel any trip if the addresses do not match or if there is a discrepancy in the delivery fare.

‍User Accounts
‍Users do not need to sign up or register to use the DispatchConnect platform.

‍Rights and Responsibilities of Users
‍Users are prohibited from using the DispatchConnect service to traffic any illegal materials or substances. DispatchConnect is not responsible for any damage or theft of goods being transported by dispatch riders. The user should contact DispatchConnect in the event of any loss of property, and DispatchConnect will assist in contacting the parties responsible for the damage.

‍Payments, Fees, and Refunds
‍The cost of delivery services is based on the distance between the pickup and drop off locations. DispatchConnect does not take into account the distance traveled by the dispatch rider to pick up the package. Payment for delivery services should be made directly to the dispatch rider companies. Users are advised to only pay the amount shown.

‍Privacy and Data Protection Policies
‍DispatchConnect collects user information and stores it safely. User information will not be divulged to any third party without the user's permission or authority. DispatchConnect reserves the right to use user contact information to send marketing or promotional offerings.

‍Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
‍DispatchConnect is not liable for any criminal acts or misbehavior carried out by dispatch riders or dispatch rider companies. DispatchConnect is not liable for any damage or theft of goods being transported by dispatch riders.
